In his role he oversees how the bank supports UK scaleup and venture-backed firms through tailored solutions. With a deep conviction that the underserved segment of growing businesses requires faster, more flexible banking than traditional lenders provide, Peter brings a combination of strategic insight, operational discipline and entrepreneurial orientation. This stems from experience at Metro Bank and OakNorth supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses.
