Leo Ringer is a founding partner at Form Ventures, a seed stage venture capital fund backing startups in markets shaped by regulation and public policy. Prior to co-founding Form in 2019, he spent a decade between business and public policy, including as an adviser to the Secretary of State for Business in the UK government and as a head of group at the CBI, the business representative body.
