Alex leads Liberti Club, a campaign to promote fractional as the future of executive work and a year-round programme bringing together Liberti’s growing community of clients, principals and supporting partners. Liberti Group comprises the UK's leading providers of fractional C-suite solutions with a collaborative network of over 1,000 principals across finance, marketing, people and sales globally. This includes The CFO Centre, People Puzzles, The Marketing Centre, YRH Finance Team and Kiss The Fish.

Alex has been building member communities, peer learning programmes, and strategic partnerships for over 25 years. Previously, as MD of TALiNT Partners, Alex built an executive network for the world’s biggest recruitment firms and most innovative HR/RecTech firms. Prior to this, he was Programme Director of The Supper Club (now Helm), the Growth Investor Awards and the National Business Awards.
