What research should more people read?

More people should read Drucker, Hayek, and Thiel.

Specifically about immigration and entrepreneurship Ethan Mollick at Wharton and Pierre Azoulay at MIT have written papers on the subject that everyone should be aware of.

Why is the UK an attractive place to grow a business?

The UK historically understood the role and value of trade more than land-based empires, and embraced financial innovation and risk more than its continental counterparts. Moreover, the speed of iteration of legislation makes it the best place to start an innovative business in Europe. The UK should be the best place where that attracts the best and the brightest to start their own ventures.
