Toby Perkins MP is Shadow Small Business Minister. He is responsible for issues affecting small firms including access to finance, deregulation and better regulation, business support alongside regional growth and the work of Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs), the pub industry and the Insolvency Service. Before his election Tobyset up and ran his own small business supplying rugby clothing and equipment. He worked in the private sector for his entire career prior to entering Parliament.
