The Entrepreneurs Network and the Jessica Vollman Foundation (JVF) are hosting a select group of high-growth female founders for an off-the-record virtual roundtable on the realities of scaling fast — and what needs to change to better support them.
This second roundtable in the JVF Female Founder Ambition Series is designed for founders already on a high-growth trajectory: those navigating the pressures that come with rapid expansion, from building the right team and accessing the right capital, to managing the personal demands of leading a fast-moving company. The conversation will be chaired by Kajal Sanghrajka, Adviser to The Entrepreneurs Network and Founder of Growth Hub Global. The session will be as frank about what went wrong as what went right.
The session will include: :
Scaling fast — what the textbook doesn't tell you;
The structural and policy enablers and barriers for high-growth female founders;
What investors, government and advisers need to do differently and do more of.
Attendees will be invited to shape the discussion with their own questions. The Chatham House Rule applies throughout. Following the roundtable, all participants will be connected by email and invited to join our Female Founders WhatsApp group — a community of highly successful women entrepreneurs. They will also join the larger Jessica Vollman Foundation grantee network.
A select number of participants will be invited to be interviewed for our Network Effects series. Insights from across the series will be consolidated into a co-branded briefing paper, shared across The Entrepreneurs Network's network and with media contacts. Participants will only be credited with their permission.
