The Entrepreneurs Network and the Jessica Vollman Foundation (JVF) are hosting a small group of high-potential female founders for an off-the-record virtual roundtable exploring what it really takes to build a business with serious ambition.
This first roundtable in the JVF Female Founder Ambition Series is designed for founders in the earlier stages of their growth journey — those with the drive, the idea and the early traction, who are working out how to scale. The conversation will be chaired by Kajal Sanghrajka, Adviser to The Entrepreneurs Network and Founder of Growth Hub Global. Kajal will draw on her experience supporting early-stage businesses to guide a frank and practical discussion on what it takes to move from potential to growth.
The session will include :
The decisions that shape a company's earliest trajectory;
Accessing the right capital, networks and support — and where the system is succeeding and falling short ;
What policy change would make the biggest difference for high-potential female founders.
Attendees will be invited to shape the discussion with their own questions. The Chatham House Rule applies throughout. Following the roundtable, all participants will be connected by email and invited to join our Female Founders WhatsApp group — a community of highly successful women entrepreneurs. They will also join the larger Jessica Vollman Foundation grantee network.
A select number of participants will be invited to be interviewed for our Network Effects series. Insights from across the series will be consolidated into a co-branded briefing paper, shared across The Entrepreneurs Network's network and with media contacts. Participants will only be credited with their permission.
