Female Founders Forum 2026 Report Launch

  • House of Lords SW1A 0PW London (map)

The Entrepreneurs Network and Barclays will be hosting a reception in the Cholmondeley Room and Terrace of the Houses of Lords to celebrate the launch of the latest Female Founders Forum report.

This year, we are focusing on understanding how female-led university spinouts are being created across the UK, and identifying the barriers preventing their growth. The report investigates what helps and hinders their success, and sets out practical policy recommendations to ensure that innovation emerging from our universities can translate into commercial growth and wider economic impact.

All of our events are free to attend. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding accessibility.

The Female Founders Forum was set up in 2016 by The Entrepreneurs Network in partnership with Barclays, to encourage, support and promote female entrepreneurship. Over the years, the Female Founders Forum has undertaken nine major research reports and further briefing papers, covering everything from revealing the extent of the equity funding gap, the role of networks and mentoring, the importance of education, the impact of the pandemic, the importance of high-growth sectors, and founders who have raised in excess of £1 million.
