Startup Funding: UK Versus US
The roundtable discussion will consider the following questions:
- Even with SEIS and EIS, does the UK still lack Series A funding?
- Do entrepreneurs still want to move to the US after growing past a certain size
- Over the coming years, should we still expect more IPOs in the US versus the UK
Power Lunches are small, informal affairs aimed at entrepreneurs in our network. We restrict them to around 14 people (but people of influence). We start at 12:45pm for 1:00pm, and finish no later than 2:15pm. Our principal guest kicks off with roughly 10 minutes of introductory remarks; sandwiches, fruit, wine and coffee are served, and ideas are exchanged.
